Everything to Know Before Choosing a Piece

Are these pieces already made, or built after I order?
Almost everything is made to order. Once your order, payment, and any required customization approvals are confirmed, artisans begin your piece. Before packing, we send final photos or video for your confirmation, which helps reduce surprises before the piece ships.
How long until my piece arrives?
For most standard orders delivered to eligible destinations worldwide, plan on roughly 18 to 25 business days in total: about 15 to 20 business days of processing and production, then about 3 to 5 business days in transit. Oversized, customized, or specially handled pieces can take longer, and we tell you if that applies to yours.
Is shipping really included?
Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on every order delivered to an eligible address worldwide, with no minimum order value. Optional extras such as expedited transport, installation, or storage are quoted separately and always confirmed with you before anything is booked.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
No. All WRYDECO purchases are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, a different finish preference, or a piece that does not fit the space after delivery. Custom and made-to-order orders may be changed or cancelled only where permitted by policy, so speak to us before ordering if anything is uncertain.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the piece, all packaging, the shipping label, and any visible damage. Include video evidence where the issue is best demonstrated by video. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please do not send anything back before we have given you written instructions.
Will mine look exactly like the photographs?
The design and proportions will match. The wood will not. Every board carries its own grain, tone, and knots, so your piece will be recognisably the same design and unmistakably its own object. Screen calibration and room lighting also change how a finish reads.
Can I speak to someone before committing to a piece?
Yes. A private consultation is complimentary before you order and carries no obligation to buy. Share the piece, room details, rough dimensions, references, or photos you want us to review, and our team responds within 24-48 business hours. It is most useful when you are deciding between pieces, working with an awkward wall or ceiling height, or weighing a standard design against a commission.
